From Constraints to Independence
Early Life
I was born and raised in a society where women were not encouraged to pursue education. Marriage was often seen as the only path, and independence was nearly impossible. My father, however, believed in the power of education and supported my dreams. With his encouragement, I pursued an MBA and later an M.Phil., setting the foundation for my journey.
The Turning Point
Starting a business in such a conservative environment was extremely challenging. Initially, I struggled to manage even a few orders. Every day brought doubts and obstacles, but my determination kept me moving forward. Gradually, I expanded my production capacity and turned my passion into a sustainable business.
Finding My Mission
I realized that many women, through no fault of their own, are marginalized by society—widows, divorced women, or those without support. My mission is to empower these women, enabling them to earn a livelihood and provide for their children while restoring their dignity.
Leading by Example
Today, I have achieved financial independence and professional growth. I am committed to teaching other women how to succeed from home, sharing my knowledge and experience so they can transform their lives and the lives of their families.
True success lies in enabling others to succeed, especially those who face systemic barriers.

Mission
To empower marginalized women—especially widows and divorced women—in rural and conservative communities by providing them with entrepreneurial skills, digital tools, and mentorship enabling them to generate income and achieve independence.
Vision
A society where every woman has the opportunity to be financially independent, educated, and confident, regardless of societal constraints. Thriving communities where women are recognized as capable leaders and changemakers.
Dream
To build sustainable programs that allow women to start businesses from home, share their skills, and create generational impact—a network of self-reliant women across Pakistan transforming their communities.

Supported rural communities in Sindh, providing resources and training for women micro-entrepreneurs. Led workshops focused on economic empowerment and business skills development.

Mentored women-owned small businesses to scale operations from home-based setups to sustainable ventures. Assisted in improving production capacity, business management, and digital marketing strategies.
Women Empowered
Empowered widows, divorced women, and socially marginalized women to earn independently. Enabled women to achieve confidence, financial independence, and professional skills for entrepreneurship.
